As part of the urbanization works envisaged in the Garibaldi – Repubblica Urban Plan in Milan, in the ex-Varesine area, primary infrastructure works were engineered, which include the urban road network, parking systems, green and garden areas, sewers, aqueduct, public lighting and multiple cable carrier systems for the passage of electrical and data transmission networks. 

The project encompasses two main sectors, the first concerns Viale della Liberazione and the second Principessa Clotilde Square.
